Motion 1.4.1 update

Just a small patch fix for little issues I spotted while playing the game and some minor visual improvements.

• Clock update
  • The clock now has a slide in animation from the top of the screen
    
• Clock fixes
  • The clock previously would only work if you enabled it and touched the slider, otherwise every round would end immediately, now it should just work when you check the box
  • Starting a new game after you've loaded up a game before would start the clock too early, it will now only start only when you gain control of your character
  • It also doesn't move when the round is complete so you can see when when you die
    
• Whiteout fix
  • Whiteout can now fade out in the menu, so game over screens don't leave the sky white until you start the game again
    
• Animator clean up
  • Some of the animations had some weird transitions, this is just more transition changes that might have been causing issues
