Motion 1.3.0 update

While this is a major update, the changes themselves aren't as numerous as before. The main change being the new AI, this one should be more reactive to the player, rather than having all out aggression like the last one and it should make for more interesting matches. Although it's still a little aggressive it makes better use of blocking and punishment and doesn't just rush in on you at all times.

Changes include:

• AI changes
  • Turtle AI is now a thing, he can be selected from the settings menu under AI type
  • There has also been an update to the CPU throw system, previously there was a mistake and the AI throws were essentially not working, though it has been fixed now
• Healthbar fix
  • Previously going from medium to large healthbars before ever starting a match would break the healthbars, they now work as intended
